Rockhopper Exploration to Raise $180 Million Via Share Placing; Launches Open Offer

The offering is priced at 0.70 pound sterling per share, according to a Thursday filing from the oil and gas company. Rockhopper also launched an open offer of new shares at the same price to raise up to $20 million. The net proceeds will be used for the company's business activities in the Falkland Islands.
