S-Bank Lands Regulatory Approval for Oma Savings Bank Deal

02:37 AM EDT, 08/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- S-Bank received regulatory clearance for its voluntary public cash tender offer for Finnish lender Oma Savings Bank (OMASP.HE), according to a Thursday release. Following the approval from the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, the offer remains subject to acceptance by more than 90% of the shareholders of Oma Savings Bank. The acceptance period under the tender offer closes on Sept. 25.
