According to the news, Xinhua Wenxuan announced its 2026 interim results. In the first half of this year, the company achieved operating income of 5.007 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 9.42%; net profit to mother was 654 million yuan, a decrease of 23.59% over the previous year. Looking at the second quarter of this year alone, the company achieved revenue of 2,523 billion yuan in a single quarter, down 17% year on year; net profit to mother was 397 million yuan, down 33.42% year on year.

According to the results announcement, the main business revenue for the first half of the year was RMB 4.943 billion, down 9.11% from the previous year. Mainly affected by factors such as policy adjustments in the education service industry and the decline in the number of students, the sales scale of textbooks, teaching aids and student books declined year-on-year.
