Shangshi Urban Development (00563) announced interim results. Losses attributable to owners of approximately HK$414 million narrowed 15.79% year over year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Shangshi City Development (00563) announced its 2026 interim results, with total revenue of about HK$1,272 million, a year-on-year decrease of 30.43%; losses attributable to company owners were approximately HK$414 million, a year-on-year narrowing of 15.79%; and a loss of 8.67 HK cents per share.

According to the announcement, the decrease in revenue was mainly due to sales falling from multiple project deliveries compared to the same period last year.
