Qilu Express (01576): Shi Wenjiang's qualification as company secretary confirmed by the Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Qilu Express (01576) issued an announcement. The Stock Exchange has confirmed that Mr. Wenjiang is eligible to act as the company secretary of the Company as stipulated in section 3.28 of the listing rules. Accordingly, Ms. Zhang Xiao has resigned from (i) the Company's joint company secretary; (ii) the Company's authorized representative under section 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and (iii) the agent representing the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance and section 19A.13 (2) of the Listing Rules to accept delivery of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong with effect from August 26, 2026.

From August 26, 2026, Mr. Shi will independently serve as our company secretary and will act as an authorized representative. Ms. Ye Wenhui will act as our legal agent.
