Colliers Group (01118) Announces Interim Results Profit attributable to shareholders of HK$71.572 million increased 1.43% year over year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Colliers Group (01118) announced results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group achieved revenue of HK$1,577 billion during the period, a year-on-year decrease of 13.24%; profit attributable to shareholders of the company was HK$71.572 million, an increase of 1.43% over the previous year; and basic profit per share was HK$1,246. An interim dividend of HK3 cents per share is proposed.

According to the announcement, the decrease in revenue was mainly due to poor performance of Hong Kong's construction materials business during the period. In particular, steel deliveries decreased compared to the same period last year.
