Tomson Group (00258) announced interim results. Profit attributable to shareholders of HK$85,352 million decreased by 89.09% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Tomson Group (00258) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The Group achieved total operating income of HK$518 million, a year-on-year decrease of 80.43%; profit attributable to the Company's equity holders was HK$85,352,000, a year-on-year decrease of 89.09%; and basic profit per share was HK3.78 cents.

In the first six months of 2026, property development and sales were classified as the Group's primary profit contributor and generated classified profit of HK$153 million (2025: HK$1.63 billion), all due to property sales in Shanghai.
