According to the Green Harmonic announcement, the company has drawn up an external guarantee decision-making system. In principle, there are no guarantees for third parties other than holding subsidiaries; the shareholders' meeting and board of directors are the decision-making bodies; it lists seven types of guarantee situations that need to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for consideration. Among them, the most recent guarantee of 30% of the total audited assets must be approved by at least two-thirds of the voting rights held by shareholders attending the meeting; at the same time, it stipulates guarantee approval procedures, daily management, information disclosure, and legal liability.
