The Ministry of Water Resources organized a special conference to analyze rainfall conditions and changes in the area of glaciers and glacial lakes in Geelong, Tibet, carry out analysis of the causes of landslide disasters, investigate the population distribution downstream of the disaster and potential hidden risks in related regions, and promptly shared the results of the analysis and investigation with the Tibet Water Resources Department to fully guide emergency response of the disaster.
