Ruiyuan Intelligent Control (08249): Zheng Chengjie resigns as joint company secretary

According to Zhitong Finance App, Ruiyuan Intelligent Control (08249) announced that due to other work arrangements, Mr. Zheng Chengjie has resigned as (i) the company's joint company secretary; and (ii) the authorized representative of the company specified in section 5.24 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited GEM Securities Listing Rules, which will take effect from August 26, 2026. Mr. Cheng will continue to act as an authorized representative to receive documents in legal proceedings on behalf of the company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong.

The company's other joint company secretary, Ms. Zou Jing, will continue to serve as the company's sole company secretary and has also been appointed as an authorized representative under the listing rules, effective August 26, 2026. Mr. Cheng has been appointed as Ms. Zou's authorized representative replacement under the listing rules, effective August 26, 2026.
