China CITIC Bank announced that revenue for the first half of 2026 was 109.408 billion yuan, up 3.05% year on year; net profit attributable to shareholders of the Bank was 37.602 billion yuan, up 3.08% year on year, and 36.478 billion yuan for the same period in 2025; net profit attributable to shareholders of the Bank after deducting non-recurring profit and loss was 36.135 billion yuan, down 0.55% year on year, and 36.335 billion yuan for the same period of 2025. The board of directors reviewed and approved the profit distribution plan to be submitted to the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, with a cash dividend of RMB 2.03 for every 10 shares.
