Recently, a number of SF Express employees posted on social media platforms that they received an email notification from the company to adjust the salary structure and classify 15% of the fixed monthly salary as quarterly performance. Some employees think it's a “disguised pay cut” or “pay a deposit to go to work.” In response to this adjustment, SF Express officially stated that the Group's current salary structure optimization adjustment is not a salary cut. The aim is to continuously improve the employee incentive mechanism and achieve collaborative development between performance and employee income. The company's overall remuneration expenses will increase slightly after the adjustment. This adjustment splits 15% of annual cash remuneration as the quarterly assessment base. After the adjustment, the income of high-performing employees will increase by more than 10% to achieve excellent performance pay for employees. Also, this adjustment is for headquarters functions only, and does not involve first- and second-line employees.
