Broadcast data (00471): Zheng Zijian was appointed as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Broadcast Data (00471) announced that Mr. Zhou Jianrong has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Company Audit Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee due to the need to focus on other business development, effective August 26, 2026.

Mr. Zheng Zijian has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee with effect from August 26, 2026.

Since August 26, 2026: i. Mr. Zhou no longer serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee; ii. Mr. Zheng has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee; and iii. Ms. Tian Tian has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
