According to the Zhitong Finance App, LEGION CONSO (02129) announced the 2026 interim results, with revenue of approximately SGD 32.8086 million, up 10.7% year on year; profit attributable to the company's equity shareholders was SGD 699,000, which turned a year-on-year loss into a profit; basic and diluted profit per share was 0.06 Singapore cents.

According to the announcement, the increase in revenue was mainly due to increased market demand, which led to an increase in sales of truck transportation and freight forwarding services.

The transformation of performance into profit was mainly due to steady gross profit, supported by improved performance of truck transportation and freight forwarding services, as well as improved profit margins driven by increased customer demand, higher service pricing, and higher global freight rates. Furthermore, the reduction in administrative expenses also contributed to a reversal of performance from net loss to a slight net profit, reflecting operational resilience and cost control.
