Among the victims were 1 Russian citizen and 6 Chinese citizens. In response to reporters' inquiries on the 26th, the Chinese Consulate General in Khabarovsk said that the Consulate General has now sent a working group to the front site and is continuing to follow up and connect with related matters simultaneously.
