JD Industrial (07618) and Xinzhi Chain signed a strategic cooperation to jointly promote the digital upgrading of CITIC Group's industrial product supply chain

(hereinafter referred to as “Xinzhi Chain”), a subsidiary of Nangang Steel, signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing on August 21, driving the full upgrade of the cooperation between the two sides from “business docking” to “system-level strategic collaboration.” The two sides will carry out in-depth joint construction in eight dimensions, including commodity supply chain, service supply chain, supply chain finance, e-commerce procurement planning, AI+ procurement, overseas supply chain, and green supply chain, to open a new chapter in intelligent procurement of industrial products in the CITIC system, and jointly create a new model for digital procurement for central enterprises.

Xinzhi Chain is the only industrial product fulfillment platform designated by CITIC Group. It carries the core mission of digital procurement of industrial products within the CITIC system. It relies on the Group's resource advantages, deeply grafts cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain, AI, and big data, integrates multiple ecological resources, and creates an open, collaborative and intelligent industrial product procurement platform. Its subsidiary Xincai Mall has completed standardized connections with mainstream e-commerce platforms such as Jingdong, to achieve cross-platform inventory sharing and price linkage, covering tens of millions of SKUs such as office supplies, hardware tools, labor protection, electrical components, fasteners, laboratory products, fresh food, etc., to provide group companies with visual management of the entire procurement supply chain. By promoting the interconnection of compliance data, the two sides give full play to JD Industrial's digital intelligence technology capabilities, and provide intelligent decision support such as demand forecasting, inventory warning, and cost optimization for Xinzhi Chain to jointly improve the CITIC system's industrial product compliance efficiency and reduce the overall procurement costs and capital occupation costs of the industrial chain.

The two sides will set a benchmark for cooperation in key supply chain areas within the CITIC Group, combine JD Industrial Taipu's digital and physical integrated supply chain solutions, and jointly build a “fulfillment platform+product service+intelligent control” integrated supply chain solution with CITIC Group's key enterprises.
