Google (GOOGL.US) launches AI solutions for the financial and legal industries to seize the enterprise AI tool market

The Zhitong Finance App learned that Google (GOOGL.US, GOOG.US) on Tuesday launched two smart AI (Agentic AI) solutions for specific industries — Gemini Enterprise for Financial Services and Gemini Enterprise for Legal. These two products are the first in a series of specialized, packaged industry solutions built by Google on the Gemini Enterprise platform.

According to Google, Gemini Enterprise for Financial Services is designed for financial professionals and includes financial research agents managed by Google, more than 50 specialized skills for optimizing financial roles and workflows, enterprise data connectors, and an expanding ecosystem of third-party agents. The program was initially open to preview for capital markets and corporate banking, and has now been adopted by global financial institutions such as CME Group and Deutsche Bank. Additionally, institutions such as Bank of New York Mellon, Citibank Wealth Management, Lloyds Bank Group, Macquarie Bank, and Signal Iduna are also using the Gemini Enterprise platform to improve employee efficiency and drive business growth.

Gemini Enterprise for Legal is an enterprise-grade, intelligent AI solution designed to meet the complex needs and workflows of the legal industry. It provides attorneys' exclusive skills, secure connectors to professional legal systems, and a third-party smart partner ecosystem. The program was initially launched as a preview to the legal industry, and the first clients included legal teams from top law firms such as Cleary, Freshfields, Weil, and Williams & Connolly.

According to reports, Google launched the AI platform Gemini Enterprise in October last year to directly challenge Microsoft CoPilot and OpenAI's ChatGPT Enterprise to compete for the rapidly growing enterprise-level AI office tools market.
