The Bank of America assessed that the breakdown of trade negotiations between the US and Canada and the subsequent imposition of tariffs may have limited direct impact on the economic growth of the two countries; however, the Bank of America is more concerned that business confidence between the two countries will be impacted, and at the same time, the prospects for renewing the “US-Mexico-Canada Agreement” will be destroyed.
