According to the Zhitong Finance App, Country Garden Services (06098) announced the 2026 interim results, with revenue of about 24.5 billion yuan, up 5.7% year on year; profit attributable to the company's shareholders was about 950 million yuan, down 4.6% year on year; core net profit attributable to the company's shareholders was 1,618.5 billion yuan, up 3.2% year on year; basic profit per share was 29.16 points.
According to the announcement, revenue growth was mainly due to the Group's property management services, community value-added services, and “three for one industry” business revenue all continuing to grow, compounding the Group's active pressure on the business scale of customers with significantly increased credit risk, which led to a subsequent decline in revenue from non-landlords, as well as the combined impact of the decline in revenue from environmental business and commercial operation services.
The scale of the Group's property management has increased steadily. As of June 30, 2026, in addition to the “three for one industry” business, the Group's fee management area was approximately 1,096.4 million square meters. Furthermore, the fee management area for property services in the “three for one industry” business is approximately 90 million square meters. The Group manages a total of 8,576 properties spread across 31 provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government, autonomous regions, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and overseas, focusing on China's five economically developed urban agglomerations, including the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and Chengdu and Chongqing.
During the period, the Group achieved remarkable results in market expansion, achieving a sharp rise in quantity and quality. More than 600 new projects were signed and entered, and additional annual revenue of about RMB 1.32 billion was added, achieving a year-on-year increase of 53%. The urban focus of Xintuo projects continues to increase. The Group has successfully implemented several benchmark projects in cities including Beijing, Shanghai, and Hangzhou, and achieved breakthroughs in large-scale commercial housing, full coverage of districts and counties, and high-end villas.
