In a Tuesday note, the rating agency said expectations for the Dutch specialty chemicals and ingredients company to balance its inorganic growth with an investment-grade credit profile-aligned financial policy also factored into the affirmation. Moody's maintained its stable outlook on the rating for the next 12 to 18 months, primarily citing the aforementioned reasons.
