During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 7.481 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.18%; achieved net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 418 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.46%; realized net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring gains and losses of 321 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 16.99%; basic earnings per share were 0.2 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.5 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders.

From January to June 2026, the company's automotive metal parts lightweight business achieved revenue of 6.370 billion yuan, an increase of 5.18% over the previous year. Facing rising raw material costs and a competitive market environment, the company continues to optimize the customer structure, increase the supporting supply of lightweight products for high-value-added customers, and ensure steady and sustainable operation.

From January to June 2026, the company's innovative general aviation manufacturing business achieved revenue of 1,110 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 22.76%. Due to repeated international trade policies and geopolitics, the delivery cycle for some general aviation aircraft orders was extended.
