China Merchants Securities (06099): Ma Xiaoli appointed as Secretary of the Board, Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative

Zhitong Finance App News, China Merchants Securities (06099) announced that due to work arrangements, Mr. Liu Jie will no longer serve as secretary of the company's board of directors, joint company secretary, and authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited securities listing rules, effective August 25, 2026. Mr. Liu Jie will continue to serve as the company's vice president (head of finance).

Mr. Ma Xiaoli has been appointed as the company's board secretary, joint company secretary, and authorized representative, and has resigned as the employee representative director due to work arrangements, effective August 25, 2026. Ms. Lai Tianen (complies with the requirements of sections 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules) is another current joint company secretary of the company. She will continue to serve as the company's joint company secretary and will continue to perform the duties of company secretary under the listing rules.
