On August 25, the Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters Office of Yuanbao District, Dandong, Liaoning issued an information notice: At about 13:30 on August 24, a disaster occurred on the east side of Building 36 of Phase III Yujingyuan Community. After preliminary verification, 5 vehicles parked at the scene were damaged to varying degrees, with no casualties. At present, 314 affected people have been safely relocated and evacuated. Relevant service guarantees, on-site safety treatment, construction safety, and disaster assessment are being carried out in an orderly manner.
