Keystone Capital (00804) completed the issuance of 7.89 million placement shares

Zhitong Finance App News, Keystone Capital (00804) issued an announcement. All conditions of the placement agreement have been met, and the placement was completed on August 19, 2026. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, a total of 7.89 million placed shares have been allocated and issued to no less than six undertakers. The placement price is HK$5.22 per share, which is equivalent to approximately 11.47% of the company's issued share capital which was expanded through the allocation and issuance of the placed shares immediately after completion.
