According to the Zhitong Finance App, CLP Optoelectronics Valley (00798) announced 2026 interim results, with revenue of 1,255 billion yuan; gross profit of 309 million yuan; loss attributable to company owners of 897.58 million yuan.

During the reporting period, the Group achieved an additional contract amount of 1,745 million yuan, an increase of 13% over the same period last year, of which the total operating business contract amount increased by 511 million yuan compared to the same period last year, an increase of 61%; the contract amount for park development business decreased by 305 million yuan compared to the same period last year, mainly office park contracts decreased by 225 million yuan compared to the same period last year, and the contract amount for manufacturing parks decreased by 79.6 million yuan compared to the same period last year; the Group achieved sales repayment of 1,684 million yuan.

On June 30, 2026, the Group had a reserve of about 5.086 million square meters of high-quality industrial park land in various cities, mainly in cities such as Nanjing, Taizhou, Chengdu, Changsha, Qingdao, Shanghai, and Xianyang.
