CICC (03908) obtained registration approval for the public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors

China International Finance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) recently received the “Approval to Register China International Finance Corporation to Publicly Issue Corporate Bonds to Professional Investors” (Securities Regulatory License (2026) No. 2083, hereinafter referred to as the “Approval”) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the “China Securities Regulatory Commission”).

According to the approval, the China Securities Regulatory Commission approved the company's registration application for public issuance of corporate bonds with a total face value of not more than 80 billion yuan to professional investors. The approval is valid for 24 months from the date of approval for registration, and the company can issue corporate bonds in installments during the registration period.
