Bandung Optoelectronics announced that the company issued special financial instructions on issues relating to asset receivables that won the bid in the review inquiry letter for issuing shares and paying cash to purchase assets and raise supporting funds. The balance of accounts receivable of the target company at the end of 2025 was 2,421 billion yuan, accounting for 16.51% for more than 3 years; after the transaction is completed, the listed company's revenue will increase dramatically and the performance will turn losses into profits. The underlying long-term accounts receivable will not have a significant adverse impact, and the risk is manageable. Accounts receivable recovery assessment clauses have been set up in this transaction. The undertakers are three partnership companies including Hangzhou Huige, which require that the cumulative repayment ratio of revenue including tax be not less than 80% during the performance commitment period, and that failure to meet the standards will be compensated in cash and shares.
