Elephant Holding Group (08635) completes issuance of 63 million shares for sale

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Elephant Holding Group (08635) issued an announcement. All conditions set out in the placement agreement have been met and completed on August 25, 2026. All 63 million placed shares have been successfully placed to no less than six undertakers at a placement price of HK$0.19 per share. The 63 million placed shares account for approximately 11.60% of the issued share capital of the company which expanded through allotment and issuance of placement shares immediately after completion.
