CICC: Greentown Services (02869)'s three-year goal progressed smoothly to maintain the “outperforming the industry” rating

The Zhitong Finance App learned that CICC released a research report stating that it will maintain Greentown Services (02869)'s “outperform the industry” rating and target price of HK$6. According to CICC, Greentown's three-year service target is progressing smoothly, leading the industry in profit growth. Its performance in the first half of the year was generally in line with expectations. Revenue rose 6% year over year, core operating profit increased 16% year over year, and net profit due increased 15% year over year, which is roughly in line with expectations.
