According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xima Healthcare (03309) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The Group's revenue was HK$1,024 million, up 8.5% year on year; profit attributable to shareholders was HK$5.21 million, up 0.2% year on year; profit per share was HK4.21 cents.

The company uses the “Hima Ophthalmology” brand to provide international standard ophthalmology services to treat various common and even rare and complex eye diseases. Additionally, the Group operates (i) Guest Ophthalmology Centre Limited (“Guest Ophthalmology”), which has been providing ophthalmology services in Hong Kong for over 20 years; and (ii) Optometrist Eye Examination Centre Limited (“Optometrist Eye Examination Center”), which provides myopia control, ophthalmology assessment, and eyewear and contact lens accessories services in Hong Kong. Overall, as of June 30, 2026, the ophthalmology and related service network mainly includes five day surgery centers, eight satellite clinics, and seven ophthalmology and optometry centers.

Since 2021, the company has been providing dental, oncology and other medical services in Hong Kong, including six dental clinics, an endoscopy centre and an oncology centre on June 30, 2026. Furthermore, the company launched clinical research business in July 2022, which may provide the company with opportunities to cooperate with various biotechnology companies to carry out (including) research and clinical work. In 2025, the company acquired an endoscopy center in Hong Kong to provide professional medical services such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy and cystoscopy.

On June 30, 2026, the company's ophthalmology service network in mainland China included nine ophthalmic hospitals located in Shenzhen (Futian and Baoan), Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Kunming, Huizhou, and Jieyang, mainly operated under the “Himalin Shunchao” brand. At the same time, the company continues to optimize its organizational structure and implement refined management in operations. In the first half of 2026, the performance of the Ophthalmology business segment in mainland China continued to improve, recording a division profit of HK$2.8 million (first half of 2025: balance of payments).
