The Zhitong Finance App learned that on August 25, in response to external market concerns, Chase Technology issued a statement saying that based on the company's overall strategic plan and different business development stages, the company recently adjusted some businesses in the exploration stage, and that related technology accumulation, research results and resources will be incorporated into the company's related business and R&D system planning and management according to actual needs.

At the same time, the search side stated that the overall strategic direction remains clear, and the main business and operating activities remain stable. Since 2026, the company's core business has maintained steady development, and overseas business has continued to grow. Currently, core product R&D, production, sales, delivery and after-sales service are being carried out normally, and domestic and foreign market business is progressing according to the established plan.

From clearly focusing on the four main business directions of smart homes, outdoor gardens, smart mobility, and embodying intelligence in June of this year, to the recent further adjustments to some businesses in the exploration stage, the search is continuing to push the strategic direction to specific business implementation.

This means that as the search enters a new stage of development, the business layout is shifting from broad expansion to paying more attention to business quality and resource allocation efficiency, and investing more resources in the continuous development of the core business on the basis of clarifying the core direction.

In July of this year, Pursuit announced that the cumulative global shipment volume of cleaning appliances (sweepers, floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners) has exceeded 40 million units, and has entered more than 120 countries and regions around the world.

In the first quarter of 2026, according to IDC certification data, with a sales share of 23.7% and 28.0% of sales, Chase Sweepers topped the world's top sales volume and sales, and topped the market in 30 countries, with a market share of more than 50% in 10 countries. As of August 2026, Pursuit Floor Scrubbers had the largest market share in nearly 20 countries around the world, and continued to make breakthroughs in markets such as Australia and South Korea.

Pursuing its lawnmower robot business, it also achieved a record of accounting for 27.63% of the industry's global shipments and 29.06% of sales revenue in the first quarter of 2026. Its products cover dozens of countries and regions including Germany, France, the United States, and Australia.

Judging from the development path in recent years, technical capabilities have always been an important foundation for seeking to expand business and enhance product competitiveness. As of August 2026, a total of more than 14,000 patents have been applied for worldwide and more than 4,400 authorized patents have been obtained.

Technology accumulation also continues to be transformed into product innovation. The Chase Sweeper's world's first 18cm extreme outward expansion bionic robotic arm obtained authoritative certification from Euromonitor; on August 20, the “180℃ steam source” technology mounted on the Chase Sweeper was once again certified by Euromonitor.

From business adjustment to optimization of resource allocation to continuous investment in technical capabilities, the search for the core signals released this time is to pay more attention to the matching between different stages of business development and resource investment efficiency on the basis of a clear overall strategic direction, and use artificial intelligence, robotics, and intelligent manufacturing as important technological drivers to promote technological innovation and industrial application.
