At 11:21 on August 25, 2026, Beijing time, the Long March 6 Bingyao1 carrier rocket was launched at the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, successfully launching 7 satellites, including 14 Chinese Science Satellite, 15 Zhongke Satellite, and Galaxy Aerospace Lingzhi 09 Thai Star, into scheduled orbits. The flight test mission was a complete success. Among them, Galaxy Aerospace Smart Intelligence 09 was developed by Galaxy Aerospace. The user is the Geographic Information and Space Technology Development Authority of Thailand. It is mainly used to provide Thailand with surface remote sensing data collection services for land, agriculture, ecology, etc., and to support Thai universities in carrying out practical teaching in the fields of satellite design and development, space monitoring and control, and remote sensing applications. This is the first time that a Chinese commercial space satellite company has completed full-star development, launch, and in-orbit delivery to Southeast Asian countries, proving that Chinese commercial space companies already have complete solution capabilities integrating delivery, operation, and teaching to overseas customers. Currently, overseas business is becoming one of the new expansion directions for Chinese commercial space companies. Previously, few private enterprises in the commercial space sector directly carried out full-star export business.
