Affected by this, on the 25th, the rainfall in cities and counties such as Lingao, Danzhou, Changjiang, Dongfang, and Baisha was 80 to 120 mm, and the local area was 150 mm or more; the surface of Beibu Gulf and the western part of Hainan Island had wind levels 8 to 9 and gusts of 10 to 11 degrees. It is recommended that relevant departments continue to strengthen the safety management of passing ships, fishing vessels in port, navigation in the straits, offshore operating platforms, sea-related tourism in the northern waters of the South China Sea, as well as risk prevention of small and medium-sized reservoirs, road safety, flash floods, and geological disasters in small and medium-sized reservoirs, road safety, small and medium-sized rivers, flash floods, and geological disasters.
