Windar Photonics Plans to Raise At Least GBP4 Million

12:12 PM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Windar Photonics (WPHO.L) on Monday disclosed a plan to raise at least 4 million pounds sterling through a share issue. The proposed fundraise will comprise the placing of new ordinary shares by Zeus Capital and a direct subscription. The directors of the wind energy technology group also intend to invest 900,000 pounds after the release of 2025 results. In addition, Windar plans to offer existing shareholders the opportunity to participate through a retail offer of up to 200,000 pounds, with new shares priced at 0.05 pound each. Windar expects the fundraise to provide an 18-month cash runway and support the implementation of its strategic plan.
