According to Zhitong Finance App News, Hongyi Culture Group (00419) issued an announcement. The Group's indirect subsidiary, Ainobo (Chengdu) Technology Co., Ltd. and Greentown Property Service Group Co., Ltd. (Greentown Property Services) signed a “Property Robotics Platform Co-Construction Cooperation Agreement” for a period of three years. The two sides will use the Group's AIROBO operating system as the technical base to jointly build and operate a property service robot operation management platform to achieve unified access and unified operation management of multiple brands and categories of robots, and promote large-scale application of robots in community and property scenarios.

Greentown Property Services is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Greentown Services Group Limited (Greentown, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited, stock code 2869). It has a property management area of about 580 million square meters, more than 3,800 property projects under management, and is located in 194 cities across the country. In 2025, Greentown recorded property service revenue of over RMB 13.6 billion.

The parties to the agreement are being implemented rapidly. At present, the construction of the Xixi International Demonstration Project, where Greentown headquarters is located, has been completed, and various types of robots such as inspection and distribution have been comprehensively introduced. They are promoting the unified access and collaborative operation of Greentown property robots across the country based on the Group's AIROBO unified operation platform, and promoting the development of community robot applications from stand-alone and single-scenario pilots to multi-category and platform-based integrated operation. As an independent third-party operating infrastructure, the platform supports unified access and unified operation management of robots of different brands and categories.

This cooperation and project implementation is another important step forward for the Group to expand the robot operation platform business. It helps to verify and establish robot operation capabilities in real property scenarios and gradually form a replicable operating model.
