Fulin Seiko announced that the company previously disclosed that its holding subsidiary Jiangxi Shenghua and Deyang Chuanfalong Python are jointly investing in the construction of a lithium iron phosphate project with an annual output of 175,000 tons. The first meeting of the sixth board of directors of the company reviewed and approved the signing of a termination agreement. Jiangxi Shenghua undertook and accelerated all subsequent construction work; the project with an annual output of 350,000 tons is already in the process of being put into operation, and production line construction and commissioning are progressing in an orderly manner according to the plan.
