On 24 August 2026, the Property Investment Committee agreed to the dividend distribution for the period 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026. The dividend payment from Net Profit will be at Baht 0.0340 per unit. With this, the record date will be on 7 September 2026 for the unitholders' right to obtain the dividend.
