Genova Property Plans SEK300 Million Green Bonds Offering

02:40 AM EDT, 08/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Genova Property Group (GPG.ST) is considering launching a 300 million-krona offering of new green bonds, according to a Monday release. The property company has mandated Danske Bank and SB1 Markets to act as joint bookrunners for the proposed offering. At the same time, the company launched a tender offer for its outstanding senior unsecured green bonds, under which it is offering to pay 101.245% of the nominal amount for the bonds plus accrued and unpaid interest. The tender offer remains subject to the completion of the new offering.
