On August 24, Vivo's next-generation imaging flagship x500 series is expected to be released at the end of September, internally codenamed “Thanos 500.” In terms of configuration, the X500 series will launch the “Blueprint Light 900” sensor jointly defined by Vivo and Sony. It focuses on cinema-grade dynamic range, up to 17 EV, and supports 3° OIS gimbal stabilization and CIPA 7.0 image stabilization. The models that support the oversized cup will also be equipped with a 200 million pixel HP0 telephoto of the same model as the X300 Ultra. Judging from the product positioning, the X500 series will continue to use imaging as the core selling point, focusing on upgrading the dynamic range, image stabilization, and telephoto capabilities of the main camera.
