At 8 a.m., its center is on the ocean surface about 1970 kilometers east to south of Taipei City, Taiwan, that is, 15.2 degrees north latitude and 137.2 degrees east longitude. The maximum wind force near the center is level 8, the lowest air pressure at the center is 998 hundred Pa, and the radius of the 7-level wind circle is 170-280 kilometers.
