Sunshine Oil Sands (02012) plans to jointly invest with a joint venture partner to establish Geoscience Intelligence Artificial Intelligence (Beidaihe) Co., Ltd. in Beidaihe District, Qinhuangdao City

Zhitong Finance App News, Sunshine Oil Sands (02012) announced that on August 23, 2026, Sang Xiang Petrochemical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Sang Xiang Petrochemical), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunshine Oil Sands, will jointly invest with Jiangsu Zhongke Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Sahra Hengxin Family Management Co., Ltd., Shanghai Linwei Shichen Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Bespawo Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (collectively known as the “Joint Venture Partner”), in Beidaihe District, Qinhuangdao City. Among them, Sangxiang Petrochemical holds 40% of the shares.

The artificial intelligence computing power center project relies on the Beidaihe government's existing power equipment system and existing land and property, combined with cheap cooling energy provided by a third party to build a 6000P computing power center. The project received strong support from the Beidaihe government, covering project approval, project approval, and comprehensive support and supporting services; at the same time, Beidaihe government holding enterprises will participate in the project in the future. Once the project is completed and operated, it will change Sunshine Oil Sand's single business and profit model, bring new profit growth points to the company, and lay a solid foundation for the company to lay out an artificial intelligence circuit.
