Huajin International Holdings (02738): Qu Qiyuan resigns as independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Huajin International Holdings (02738) announced that due to personal matters, Mr. Qu Qiyuan has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company and all of his positions in the company. He is also no longer a member of the Company's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Compliance Committee, as well as the chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee, with effect from August 22, 2026.
