Gamma Communications in Preliminary Talks With Waterland Private Equity Investments Over Possible Offer

06:46 AM EDT, 08/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gamma Communications (GAMA.L) said Friday that Waterland Private Equity Investments is among the parties in preliminary discussions with the company regarding a possible acquisition. Giacom Group is working with Waterland on the potential deal and would acquire certain business divisions of the communication services company, according to a Friday release. Discussions with other potential offerors are also ongoing. Waterland must either announce a firm intention to make an offer for Gamma or state that it does not intend to do so by Sept. 18. Gamma said there can be no certainty that any offer will be made or as to its terms.
