Zhongyida (600610.SH) announced semi-annual results, net profit of 34.73 million yuan to mother, a year-on-year decrease of 12.15%

During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 561 million yuan, an increase of 11.90%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 34.73 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 12.15%; after deducting non-net profit of 35.32 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 8.38%; and basic earnings per share were 0.0324 yuan.

During the reporting period, due to market conditions, the gross profit of the company's main products increased year-on-year. Among them: pentaerythritol series products increased gross profit due to lower raw material prices and increased sales volume; trihydroxymethylpropane series products reversed losses due to rising sales prices and lower costs; and edible alcohol and main by-products reduced losses year-on-year due to rising sales prices. Combined with the above factors, the company's total profit increased year-on-year. The current period was affected by the adjustment of the corporate income tax rate, and income tax expenses increased, resulting in a slight decrease in the company's net profit over the same period last year.
