According to the Zhitong Finance App, Greentown Services (02869) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group obtained revenue of 9.871 billion yuan, an increase of 6.27% over the previous year; profit attributable to the company's equity shareholders was 706 million yuan, an increase of 15.25% over the previous year; and profit per share was 0.225 yuan.

According to the announcement, core operating profit was 1,249 billion yuan, an increase of 16.3% over the same period of 1,073.8 billion yuan in 2025. Mainly, the Group strengthened revenue quality management and adopted effective measures to improve quality and efficiency and cost control measures, which led to a continuous increase in the profitability of the main business.
