Xizhi Technology-P (01879) released interim results. Adjusted net loss of 147 million yuan increased 11.95% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xizhi Technology-P (01879) announced interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026. The group obtained revenue of RMB 797.79 million (same unit), an increase of 283.68% over the previous year; an adjusted net loss of RMB 147 million, an increase of 11.95% over the previous year; and a loss of 63.08 yuan per share.

During the reporting period, optical interconnect business revenue achieved strong growth, increasing 275% from 16.17 million yuan in the six months ending June 30, 2025 to 60.7 million yuan in the six months ending June 30, 2026. This increase was mainly due to scale-up OCS achieving larger commercial deployment.

Looking forward to the future, we will consolidate our leading edge in complex optoelectronic chip design, package design and 3D optoelectronic hybrid integration, and continue to deliver more competitive products along our development roadmap. Our experience in system link routing and delivery in overseas markets is gradually verifying our ability to supply to the global market on a large scale, and we will continue to accelerate the construction of a localized technical support and customer response system for international customers. Aiming at the long-term strategic highland of optical computing, we will continue to tackle the problems of optical matrix scale expansion and software-hardware collaboration, and work with GPU vendors, server manufacturers, and algorithm framework developers to jointly promote the adaptation and optimization of optoelectronic hybrid computing power at the application software layer, promote the actual implementation of real scenarios, cultivate an optical computing ecosystem from chip to system, and transform optoelectronic hybrid computing power from technical advantage to industrial advantage that can be delivered on a large scale.
