Knights Group to Buy Moore Barlow's Commercial, Private Wealth Services in GBP27 Million Deal

03:01 AM EDT, 08/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Knights Group (KGH.L) agreed to acquire the commercial and private wealth service lines of law firm Moore Barlow for 27 million pounds sterling on a cash- and debt-free basis. The consulting services company will pay an initial consideration of 18 million pounds on completion, with the remaining to be paid in three years, according to a Friday filing. The deal is expected to close Nov. 1. Moore Barlow will sell its other service lines, including personal injury, clinical negligence, and court of protection, separately immediately preceding the Knights transaction.
