According to Zhitong Finance App, Zhongguancun Technology Leasing (01601.HK) announced that on August 20, 2026, the Group entered into a fund partnership agreement with fund partners to establish and operate a fund with a registered capital of RMB 415 million (Beijing Zhongfa Zhongfa Zhongnuo Fucodil Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership)), of which RMB 20542.5 million was subscribed by the Company, accounting for 49.5% of the total committed capital of the fund. Of this, RMB 125 million was subscribed by Beijing Zhongnuo, accounting for 0.3% of the total committed capital of the fund.
