On a per-share basis, the Milwaukee-based company said it had profit of 64 cents.

The power transmission equipment maker posted revenue of $114.4 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $27.1 million, or $1.86 per share. Revenue was reported as $381.3 million.
