Dacheng Biochemical Technology (00809) appoints Xiao Zexian as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board

Zhitong Finance App News, Dacheng Biochemical Technology (00809) announced that since August 19, 2026, Mr. Wang Cheng has resigned as an executive director and no longer serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, member of the Executive Committee, Remuneration Committee and Corporate Governance Committee, and an authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the Listing Rules; Mr. Xiao Zexian has been appointed as an executive director, chairman of the board of directors, chairman of the nomination committee, and each member of the corporate governance committee.

Since the same day, Mr. Wang Guicheng has resigned as the executive director and general manager, and is no longer the Chairman of the Executive Committee; Mr. Sha Yufeng has been appointed as Executive Director, General Manager, Chairman of the Executive Committee, and authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and Mr. Dai Yachun has been appointed as the company's Deputy General Manager.
